Tatjana Misic

Hi, I’m Tatjana, great to meet you! I joined LMS Digital as a consultant in 2018 when I moved back to Europe after two decades of living in Washington DC. From the US I brought more than 15 years of experience in business and technology, that I would like to expand on and share with customers around the world..from Europe. 

What I also brought with me that I share with my clients is passion about people, innovation, and privacy and security. I have a proven record of entrepreneurial and creative professional approach that makes a difference and accomplishes unprecedented results. I worked mostly in healthcare, but also in financial and defense industries, in government and commercial sectors. I worked for and consulted with large systems integrators and government contractors, large health insurance companies, but also boutique high-end engineering firms in cyber security in the defense industry, hospitals, mobile health start-ups, and even a yoga studio – being a yoga practitioner and a teacher is another passion of mine.  

I also held different leadership positions and actively contributed to the Federal Government Health IT community in Washington DC Metropolitan area by serving on the HIMSS DC chapter’s Board, and organizing and moderating large panel discussions with government speakers on pertinent Health IT topics.

When I discovered Privacy by Design and privacy engineering in 2013 through research to help my company bring innovation to its already best claims processing software on the market, I decided to focus my career on privacy and security. Our health data is among the most sensitive personal data there is. That led me to what later became GDPR - perfect, I love it! And so will you, when you get to know it, and we would love to help with that!
